A couple of years later they realized the potential of directing their vision toward transforming the way sales reps are prepared. The challenge was set to take sales organizations from missed quotas to overachieving; from training to readiness. Since then, the entire MindTickle team has been obsessed with making sales teams successful and priming them to succeed in their moments of truth. Krishna Depura Krishna co-founded MindTickle in 2012 and as the CEO has been setting the vision and direction for the company. Prior to founding MindTickle, Krishna has worked in several successful startups including Tejas Networks, Infinera and PubMatic. His greatest joy is knowing he has some of the happiest customers in the world. Oh, and he’s pretty thrilled to be the reigning Airmiles champion at MindTickle. Mohit Garg As the co-founder and go-to-market leader, Mohit is responsible for scaling and transforming MindTickle into a global SaaS powerhouse. Mohit is an engineer at heart, consultant by training and an entrepreneur by profession. In his past-life, he was a Senior Director in PwC’s management consulting practice and was also an early member of successful Silicon Valley startups such as Iospan Wireless (acquired by Intel & L3) and Aruba networks (IPO).
